I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the touch mirror in the bathroom. The location was convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and even an IKEA nearby. The staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

The hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel's location, close to shopping and restaurants, was very convenient. the fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to work off some holiday indulgences.

The towel service was very slow and I had to wait almost 40 minutes for fresh towels. the staff was inconsistent and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate me when they overcharged my debit card.
